Silverwax specializes in the development of various high-performance detailing products for all types of vehicles and have been creating innovative solutions for car detailing for over 20 years. The business is family-owned and operates out of Québec City, catering to car enthusiasts across Canada.

Their mission is to allow people to discover and master the art of taking care of their car. Through a friendly and educational approach, they make car care accessible, simple and appealing to everybody.

The Challenge

Silverwax was looking to bridge the gap between being a wholesaler to having their own ecommerce presence and trying to sell their products directly to the consumer. Our mandate was to help grow their visibility and online presence in order to build their customer base. More specifically, the Silverwax team wanted to expand their social media efforts to be more present in the digital space.

The Solution

To increase awareness and stimulate growth organically, Bloom turned to short-form videos to capture the attention of car cleaning enthusiasts. After supporting the Silverwax team with content creation ideas and topics for Instagram and Facebook with 3-4 posts per week, we quickly realized that the audience craved even more. The team pivoted and started a TikTok account for the brand and increased posting, aiming for about 5-7 posts a week.
