About Premier Health of America
PHA is aiming to become the preferred partner for healthcare organizations. Comprising five distinct agencies—Canadian Health Care of America, Solutions Nursing, Placement Premier Soin, Nordik Premier Health, and Code Bleu—PHA’s collective mission is unified: to source top-tier candidates for a wide range of healthcare positions.
The Challenge
Our primary objective is to attract resumes for job openings across all agencies. However, we faced additional challenges since 4 of the 5 agencies are based in Quebec, targeting candidates with similar keywords and overlapping regions. Nordik and Solutions Nursing focus on recruiting candidates from Quebec for deployments to the Far North, while Code Bleu and Placement Premier Soin exclusively recruit for positions within Quebec.
Each agency has distinct characteristics, with some offering specific positions not found elsewhere. Initially, we held extensive brainstorming sessions to devise strategies to prevent budget cannibalization across Google and Meta for paid advertising. Differentiating the agencies without competing against each other for SEO, especially in content creation like blog articles, was a key focus of our efforts.

The Results?
For CHCA and SN, our robust SEO strategy drove a remarkable 78% surge in organic impressions, significantly enhancing their online visibility.
For SN, our strategic increase in Google paid campaign investment by 40% resulted in an impressive 86% boost in clicks. Moreover, our finely-tuned campaigns delivered an outstanding 89% increase in click-through rate.
For Nordik, our expertly optimized Google campaigns led to a phenomenal 300% rise in impressions, dramatically increasing their online presence.
For PPS (Placement Premier Soin), we managed to cut investment by 29.87% while achieving an astonishing 144.26% increase in clicks. Our efforts also resulted in a 71.29% reduction in CPC year-over-year, driving more clicks and a notable 45.28% uplift in conversions.
