In the last few months, the digital agency Bloom welcomed Caroline Ventézou as SEO Director and promoted Angelica Mateus-Saenz to Director of Creative Services.
Caroline Ventézou
With over 11 years of agency and SEO experience, Caroline Ventézou will oversee the SEO team and its mandates.
Over the years, she has had the opportunity to perfect her technical and copywriting expertise at Yellow Pages, Mediative, and NVI (now iProspect). The multidisciplinary approach she adopts, in which content creation is at the heart of SEO practices, is in line with current SEO trends.
However, she also understands the importance of technical SEO to optimize clients’ websites and help them rank higher on search engines. Her current focus is improving Bloom’s technical deliverables and making them easier to understand by people unfamiliar with the more complex aspects of SEO.
This 360° methodology meets the needs of Bloom’s current clientele, which is present in various industries: health, technology, recruitment, real estate, e-commerce and more.
Angelica Mateus-Saenz
Upon joining Bloom over a year ago, Angelica was tasked with building and structuring the creative department.
“Creative design is taking center stage in performance marketing today, and we wanted to have the tools to help our clients create performance and digital-driven content,” explains Martin Perron, Bloom’s CEO.
Angelica has years of experience in graphic design, industrial design and digital campaign management, notably at GroupM. This rare combination of skills allows her to understand the specific characteristics of each placement and digital platform.
Her leadership, organizational skills and ability to understand and communicate client needs have helped increase the creative department’s revenues by 437% and create three new positions in the last six months.
Angelica oversees all creative mandates at Bloom, including ad creation, social media content creation and web design for clients such as Ivanhoe Cambridge, GoGo Quinoa, Rossy, and Rowenta.
“Angelica and Caroline bring a breath of fresh air to the management team and we are lucky to have them on our team. Their positivity, people skills and strong expertise make them a real asset to the agency,” adds Martin Perron.
