Located in a sunny loft, near Atwater market in Montreal, Bloom’s office offers a casual and open work environment.
Work Schedule:
Weekdays – 9am to 5pm
Total of 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to internal and client style guide standards, processes, and best practices.
- User Interface / User Experience design experience with proven solution design skills a must.
- Create assets for Social Media, and Digital Marketing efforts for clients and Bloom.
- Create Ad Banners for various platforms (both static and dynamic), Landing Pages, White Papers, Case Studies, Presentations and more for both Bloom and Clients.
- Ability to go the extra mile, take initiative and work with little supervision.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- Graphic Design experience, also using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Sketch
- Experience and knowledge in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, SEM) and conversion optimization, display campaigns, social media, web analytics, etc…
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus
- Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Discrete with a high level of professionalism towards sensitive information.
- Mandatory: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
