Bath Depot is a Canadian retailer with over 30 stores across Québec and Ontario, specializing in kitchen and bathroom products. Since 2008, Bath Depot has been offering beautiful and trendy quality products at affordable prices.

Challenge

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bath Depot had to temporarily close all brick and mortar stores across Québec and Ontario and rely almost exclusively on digital marketing to keep their business moving forward.

Solution: Shifting and Adapting Quickly

Bath Depot needed to shift 100% of their business online to navigate the COVID-19 crisis. Our team, in collaboration with Bath Depot’s marketing team and Google, was able to adapt Bath Depot’s digital marketing strategy to answer their clients’ shift in behaviours. Here’s what was done:

  • Switch digital advertising objectives from store visits to online purchases
